Fire safety systems automation

The purpose of automation of fire safety systems is the continuous operation of the main functions of these systems

monitoring, the failure of which may interfere with the operation of fire safety systems in the event of fire and alarm or

transmission of fault condition for corrective action and management of fire safety systems in case of fire.

The main components of fire safety system automation are the following:

• TOA central unit;

• information and management board;

• input-output modules;

• relay modules;

• controllers;

• processors;

• control, signaling and power supply circuits;

• communication interfaces;

• power supplies and power supplies.

 

Monitoring and / or control must be provided for the following fire safety systems and

life-saving appliances and their components:

• automatic fire extinguishing systems;

• wet risers and fire hose systems with pumps;

• smoke control system;

• fire lifts;

• building alarm system;

• emergency lighting system;

• backup power supply (diesel generator);

• fire curtains, doors, gates;

• access control systems;

• electricity supply.
